  • "Taxing domestic sales and not income would help make U.S.-made goods more competitive. An imported car would be subject to the same sales tax as a domestic car. The cost of making cars in the U.S.A. currently is increased by the taxes on the labor involved in the manufacture." (tomalciere.us)
  • In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket? "No" (justfacts.votesmart.org)

They must visit the Project Vote Smart website, which costs the candidates nothing, and the candidates' campaign websites, which cost very little." (justfacts.votesmart.org)

  • "The mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas showed how useless the cops are. People need guns. The cops blocked some parents from entering the school to rescue their own kids. I support legalizing Teflon-coated rounds so parents in such a situation would be able to clear a path into the school to rescue their children, with a minimum of innocent bloodshed." (justfacts.votesmart.org)
  • Do you generally support gun-control legislation? "No" (justfacts.votesmart.org)
  • "In any free country, competition would be a key element to the success of free markets. Derry Imaging stays in business by advertising its lower costs for x-ray, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (M.R.I.) services. State regulations limiting the supply of health care, immigration restrictions preventing doctors and nurses from moving to the United States of America, and a host of other restrictions drive up health care costs." Moving into the United States of America does not violate anybody's rights. This candidate has responded to a Political Courage Test in a previous election. As a continued effort to provide the American public with factual information on candidates running for public office, these archived responses are made available here.
Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Yes Do you support the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade?
The U.S. Constitution leaves the abortion issue to the Srares; except at military hospitals, D.C. and so on, where Congress must ban all abortions.
No Do you support expanding federal funding to support social safety net programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
Yes Do you support a decrease in income taxes in order to balance the budget?
No Do you support a wealth tax in order to pay for public programs?
Balance the budget by eliminating all the unconstitutional spending. I will adhere to the Doctrine of Enumerated Powers.
No Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations, unions, and individuals?
Voters need to review the chessboard for better solutions, such as the Project Vote Smart website, where they can compare the candidates.
No Do you support protecting government officials, including law enforcement officers, from personal liability in civil lawsuits concerning alleged misconduct?
Nobody is above the law except when the law is wrong. Everybody is above the law when the law is wrong.
No Do you support increasing defense spending?
Stop maintaining military bases abroad.
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth (e.g. grants, tax incentives)?
No Do you support the federal government increasing funding for affordable housing programs?
No Do you support the federal government taking action, beyond those of the Federal Reserve, to alleviate inflation?
Spending for affordable housing is not in the U.S. Constitution. States need to pass laws banning zoning restrictions. Zoning restrictions cause housing shortages, and housing shortages drive up rents. I call this the zoning tax. It took a bloody war to emancipate the enslaved persons in States that were overrun with crazy, deranged, depraved, degenerate, selfish, greedy potholes who didn't give a fire truck about somebody else's unalienable rights; and it will probably take a bloody war to push State legislators to pass laws nullifying local zoning restrictions. . Somebody wants to open a factory that will provide a thousand full-time, union jobs and the local bureaucrats block it, taking their marching orders from local residents who fear traffic on the street in front of their house, even though it's a public way. The hypocritical local residents travel on that street, so why can't everybody else, when it's a public way? . Somebody wants to tear down a single-family dilapidated house with lead paint, aluminum wiring and asbestos, and erect an apartment building that will house dozens of families. The same voters who elect candidates who are in favor of public school will tell local bureaucrats to block the project, lest the families enroll their children in the local public school.
No Do you support the forgiveness of federal student loan debt?
The federal student loan program is not supported by any constitutional power of Congress and must be discontinued. The loans already made should be collected.
Yes Do you support requiring a government-issued identification in order to vote at the polls?
In some countries, the voter ID card is extremely difficult to counterfeit and it is used as the official identification card. Your voter ID number is used to distinguish you from other persons with the same name.
No Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
Yes Do you support the federal government allowing permits for drilling on public lands?
Congress is not empowered by the Constitution to provide subsidies, nor to operate parks. I will adhere to the Doctrine of Enumerated Powers.
No Do you generally support gun-control legislation (e.g. red flag laws, boyfriend loopholes)?
The U.S. Constitution does not empower Congress to impose gun control laws. On 29 April 2024, eight law enforcement goons got themselves shot, four of them fatally, trying to arrest a man in North Carolina on a federal warrant for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. The statute is blatantly unconstitutional. Their blood is on the hands of Members of Congress who voted for that statute and voters who elected them. Those voters did not pull the trigger, but they did pull the lever on election day.
No Do you support a government-run (e.g. single-payer) healthcare program, such as Medicare-for-All?
No Do you support expanding paid family AND/OR medical leave benefits (e.g. maternity leave)?
No Should the government be able to regulate the cost of prescription drugs?
Government restrictions drive up the cost of medicine and must be abolished. The U.S. Constitution does not empower Congress to run Medicare or Medicaid nor to mandate medical leave benefits. The government must stop driving up the cost of prescription medicines. When a new medicine is introduced, doctors must be free to prescribe the earlier medicine which is in the public domain and for which generic versions are available.
No Do you support increasing security along the southern US border?
No Do you support requiring immigrants to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship, regardless of their immigration status?
I took a tour of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. where I got a vivid view of what happened to millions of innocent Europeans because of U.S. law enforcement goons preventing them from escaping to America. It took a bloody war to emancipate the enslaved persons in States that were overrun with crazy, deranged, depraved, degenerate, selfish, greedy potholes who convinced themselves that the skin color with which they were born somehow made them superior to persons born with darker colored skin. It will probably take a bloody war to shut down the U.S. Border Patrol because the country is overrun with crazy, deranged, depraved, degenerate, selfish, greedy potholes who convinced themselves that the place where they were born somehow makes them superior to persons born outside certain lines on the map. By electing me to Congress, voters will do what they can to open the borders with ballots. The more that is done with ballots, the less that will have to be done with bullets.
No Do you support economic intervention as a means of resolving international conflicts?
No Do you support the US providing increased offensive military aid to Ukraine?
The boundaries of the United StAtes of America are the boundaries of the United States of America. As the Dude on the Deuce said in his first inaugural address, 4 March 1801: Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations; Entangling alliances with none.
No Do you generally support increased regulations on social media companies (e.g. Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.)?
Such restrictions violate the rights of the property owners.
As Barry Goldwater said in accepting the 1964 Republican nomination for POTUS: I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice; and I would remind you that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue. My priorities will be to repeal federal statutes that are unjust or unconstitutional, and that includes federal statutes that conflict with the Doctrine of Enumerated Powers; and to balance the federal budget. There are many other initiatives that I will pursue, not the least of which would be to increase the size of the House of Representatives to one member for every 30,000 while reducing the staff of each member.
